On the stage of the 2025 Global Youth Economic Forum, the label of YouTong students is never just "team" - they also their own distinct personalities, integrating classroom knowledge into creativity, and colliding with unique brilliance in collaboration.

At this moment, let's get close to these young people, listen to them tell the story of growth in the business competition with their exclusive "opening mode".

High school group: The intersection of rationality and passion, with distinct edges hidden in the major

Miya: "CEO who turns the podium a stage"

As the CEO of the team, Miya harbors a "natural desire to express" - not an extroverted flamboyance, but the to present complex logic clearly and persuasively. "The roadshow is not about reading from a script, it's about leading the judges along your line of thought." talking about the sector she is responsible for, her eyes sparkle with a determination to "convey value." "For example, when talking about product pain points, I will imagine that the judges are consumers, what would they care about? Then I turn the 'market demand analysis' learned in class into specific scenarios, such as 'young people find it too troublesome to rent and change furniture, our solution can save 30% time' - this is what it takes to be convincing."

This sensitivity to "expression" also made her an "experience bearer." At the beginning of the semester, when she took the lead setting up the YouTong Economics Club, she did not organize complex theoretical training, but took her juniors and sisters to "simulate roadshows": "I would interrupt them, ask sharp questions like a judge, such as 'Where is your cost control?', and force them to really use the knowledge they learned in class." In view, sharing is not "giving," but turning "what is learned in the classroom" into "what can be used" with more people.

Cindy: decision-maker who "speaks with data"

Unlike Miya's "expressive" style, Cindy is the "calculator" in the team—she't talk much, but every word she says carries the weight of data. "Operating decisions are like playing a game that requires precise calculation. If you are off by one figure, the entire strategy could be wrong." When she talks about calculating product costs, she will unconsciously give examples: "For example, for a certain product, raw materials for 40%, labor for 25%, and regional freight has to be calculated separately. These all have to correspond to the 'cost structure' knowledge learned in, and cannot be based on feelings."

Advice to juniors and younger students, also reflects her "pragmatism": "Don't think about relying on creativity 'gamble', first clarify the division of labor - who calculates the cost, who does the market, who does the roadshow, determine in advance, the competition field will be chaotic. Also, read more financial news in peacetime, for example, when you see 'new energy prices rise', you can associate it with the 'raw material fluctuation' response in the business competition, these are all 'problem-solving ideas' accumulated over time."

IG Group: Vibrant creative collisions, unique edge in trial and error

Wendy: "Grasp the hot spots but don't follow the trend" roadshow participant

There is kind of "youthful keenness" in Wendy - when talking about choosing the "whole house smart home" theme, she immediately opened her mouth: "Many young people buying wedding houses, new houses, and they are all saying 'I want to install smart ones', so I think, this must be a hot track! But being popular is enough, everyone is doing smart refrigerators, sofas, we have to do something different." A glint of an idea flashed in her eyes, "For example, designed smart refrigerator can remember the owner's dietary allergy history, and can also link up with other kitchen appliances - this is not available on the market, and the judges immediately feltnew and innovative'."

But this creativity also encountered bumps: The all-English pitch gave her trouble because her English is not very good. "At first, the was written awkwardly, and I had to look up words on the dictionary on the PPT." But she was not afraid, "Our group got together, each checked a paragraph and then read it to each other, corrected the mistakes, and in the end, it turned out to be very smooth." When she said this, she was a little proud turning "can't" into "can" was her best gain this time.

Chloe: "The perfectionist in the details" of the poster

Ch is a "detail control", and when talking about poster making, her words are all about the study of "balance": "The poster can't just be good-looking the company's mission should be placed in a conspicuous place, and the core data should be highlighted with different colors - but too many colors are messy, and the layout to be adjusted repeatedly." She laughed and said that she once argued with her teammates for 10 minutes about "whether to put a title on the left or the right" "Finally, we drew both plans and looked at which one was more comfortable, and we quickly reached an agreement."

What impressed her most about the offline semi-finals was the "excitement of seeing the gap": "The foreign students' poster designs are very special, such as using comics to tell product stories, and their English is also very fluent." But she didn't feel inferior, "on the contrary, I thought 'I also learn' - after returning, I began to read English comics and tried to use simple pictures to tell complex things, and I felt that my creativity has really changed."

Juan: a little leader who understands division of labor and responsibility

As the team leader, Juan has a kind of "stability" beyond his age - when talking division of labor, he speaks with great confidence: "For example, Xiao Chen has good painting skills, so let him do product design; Xiao Zhao is good at, so he can calculate operational data with me. Everyone will be serious when they do what they like." But this "stability" also hides the "stubbornness" a teenager: when he met a formula he didn't know in operation, instead of asking the teacher for the answer, he took his teammates to turn over the textbooks, " the 'profit = income - cost' learned in class, it turned out!"
